I had my camera repaired, as the hot shoe was not working with my flash. It took a little over a week to have it repaired and the price was very fair. I attached my flash, and it didn't sync. I had not included the flash unit with the camera for repair. I took the camera and flash back to the company and they fixed the problem on the spot. I was impressed with the quality of repair and the professionalism of the business as well. This is y Go-To repair service for all my cameras.

This place is VERY unprofessional. I literally just got off the phone with the owner and he hung up. He talks down to you and doesn’t try to resolve an issue. I had a camera at this location and they never sent me an email on the update of my camera. I paid for services and everything. I am trying to communicate to the owner I went out the country and I was told it would still be there. Even though some time passed, he clarifies that he sold my camera. I asked him kindly could he please refund me for the cost of repairs of the camera and he refused. Not only did they get a payment of my repairs, but he made a double sale by selling my camera. I asked for my refund on my repairs not even my camera he sold and he got very upset. He said it’s not his problem that I left it up there and he sold it with no follow up. They said they called I never got one. Not one email as well. Again the owner is unprofessional and when I told him I was a journalist he decide to really get nasty and say he doesn’t care and I should of picked it up sooner. It’s old and nothing can be done. I wanted a refund on my repairs and he basically hung up on me. Do not do any business with people who will hang up on you. I will be pressing charges and letting other media outlets be aware of the lack of professionalism of this company. Outsource your camera repairs elsewhere in Atlanta. They are rude here and money hungry.
I brought my camera in for horseshoe repair now they are fixing the flash, the flash is working perfectly now they are fixing it, and when I wanted to confront the owner he hung up on me. Ridiculous
I called , mailed in my camera . They came me a free appraisal. I paid half over the phone so they could start the repair & paid the remainder when it was ready . Turn around time was 4 days; which was really fast ;maybe because of the covid-19 but my experience was great.
