Horrible customer service. We waited a month for our appointment just to have them cancel an hour prior to the appointment. They then said they had nothing else available for another month. They told us dice we hadn't been there in 2 years we could just go to wherever we had been going! Well, one of the dogs hasn't been groomed because we recently got her at a shelter. The other one we have been doing ourselves. Very rude and nasty of them to treat anyone that way.

The people here are so nice and they always take such good care of my fragile 5 lb guy who's 15 years old and requires lots of TLC.
We love Fort Wagg! I’ve been using them for my dog since they’ve opened. I am now taking my new puppy as well and am very pleased. They offer basic plus many nice “add on” services. It is great to know my babies are well taken care of and will look great when I pick them up. Best area groomers for sure.

I ordered supplies for my frogs and a few live neon tetras and corys from their website. The supplies all came in two or three days at great prices (I went to PetSmart to buy whatever was cheaper there - I wound up buying every single thing I needed from Fort Wagg because everything was cheaper) and the fish came overnight in great condition. You can hold the animals too when I was there; great fun for little ones.
