My college called geisinger EMS when I was not sick or injured and I stated multiple times I don't need or want any medical services. When geisinger EMS arrived I told them I did not call and refused there services. The EMT told me it I signed his refusal form I would not be charged. I spoke to multiple people at geisinger and no attempt was made to help me with my bill. Disgusting and predatory practices, I will never utilize a geisinger location.

Refused service and they still tried to bill me. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, PREYING ON ACCIDENT VICTIMS, SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW SHADY THIS BUSINESS IS!
My dad was taken by this company to the hospital when he was at his doctor. He didn't need to be taken by ambulance since my brother could've driven him as he was with him. The bill itself is for 1,146.00 which in my opinion is price gouging when the trip to the actual hospital would have taken one half hour tops. My mom has contacted them twice with a representative who is kind of snooty and always promises to call back. The call back has as yet to happen. This is a scam company who price gouges and is fraudulent. Now they are threatening my 80 year old father with going to a credit bureau. This is completely their negligence. They were contacted and have as yet to return the call that they promised to return. If you need medical assistance , please do not contact this company. They price gouge!!!!!!!!!!

I have nothing but praise and accolades for the EMS crews. They showed caring and consideration during the recent transports of my wife. They are to be commended and I highly recommend their services. Thanks Kirk and Kimeko and the others.
