Candid had a promotional period where they were giving out free whitening pens, so of course I had to come in! My impressions weren't coming out correctly, so I made an appointment online and scheduled to get my pictures taken in the SF office. Michael and Maria were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome for my short visit there. Michael directly helped me out with my 3D teeth scans (extremely cool!) and answered all my questions I had about the Candid experience and what to expect. We talked about a lot of the benefits that come with teeth alignment, so I got to learn a lot as well. I appreciate that he decided to go the extra mile to educate about Candid, I think that is very cool. The payment process with Affirm makes the whole idea of getting teeth aligners very easy. I didn't have anything set up in terms of a payment schedule/financing beforehand, and I got set up within 5 minutes and will be receiving my treatment plan in a couple weeks :) Thanks for the tote bag to Michael also, he was so helpful! Appreciate it. The SF office will take care of you if you are thinking of stopping by in person/the impressions are too difficult. Scheduled my appointment for the next business day! The studio is stylish and very clean. The 3D scanner was cool. My consultant was professional and made sure I understood everything clearly. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to get my kit!
I scheduled my appointment no problem, went in and saw Jay- he was amazing and super informative. We took some pictures of my teeth, went over payment options and I was in and out within an hour. The process was easy and I was satisfied with the customer service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Candid!

Loved my experience at Candid Clear Aligners with the best Care Specialist Jay! Highly recommend coming in to get your fitting, they are so helpful, informative and fun! Not sure how people do it at home by themselves because they go in so much depth to ensure a perfect analysis of your whole mouth which is clearly extremely important in this process! I’m so excited to start this journey with Candid, I’ll keep ya posted!
Great experience with Candid and representative Paul. The process was simple and Paul did a great job explaining the entire solution. He was well-versed with the technology and explained the benefits and value Candid has to offer. Scan Box is definitely something to consider for just a small premium.
