I really wanted to rate the company higher. I’ve given them months to get it together. The service, consistency and reliability just isn’t there. I like the tech, Jeremy, but the company is a mess. No online billing, no response without several follow-ups, billing for a Control4 4Sight subscription despite it never working. And also requested multiple quotes for additional services, like automated blinds, and it took weeks and my follow-up to get a response. It also seems they’re not very familiar with the product. After months, I’m still trying to undo/change presets from the previous owner, but only the dealer can do that. And isn’t.

A.I. Did one heck of a job! Not to long ago I came to A.I looking to put a home theater in my house. I am not very tech savvy, so I had a lot of questions. They walked me through everything, and patiently listened to all of my wants and needs. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. A.I. didn’t just try up selling me, like I was expecting. Instead, they respected my budget, and helped me get a system that fit perfect in my house. They’re install team did a great job and was very clean and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family and friends!
Great service, they now have a team dedicated to just SERVICE, quick response time on any problem. This puts them in front of the line of all other audio professionals.
Chris and Mike at Audio intersection have been great. The staff has been very professional and efficient with estimates, time and installation. I have had work done with other companies in the past and there was always a problem. This has been the best experience I have had and will only use Audio Intersection in future. They have earned my business for life.
