Waited 5 months just to start the engagement when they said 2. Communication is spotty at best and often no response at all. Then said it would be a few weeks to a completed job. Promised a completed job - Now it has been 3 months. 4 communications no response. Quite frustrating. 9 months from when the first communication. Extremely poor customer service.

John made adjustments to our boat cover after we added a wakeboard tower. He was very efficient, did a great job and is reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again for any future upholstery work.
