Every bad review is on the money. Make sure your here in line 2 hrs before your appointment time I sat behind 25 trucks on the street waiting to get to the gate guard to check in. I got in line at 5.45 got to the guard at 7.20 had to wait 1hr to get a door. My appointment was 7am I got in a door at 8.30 and I'm still in the door its 1530. Never will I come here again the one star is for the lady's in the office cause they were nice. F this place.

This the worst place to deliver. I was in the dock door at 4:45am!! Told to move out my door at 6:45am.. 4hrs later I am still waiting for my paperwork! Came in with 5plts same PO's no breakdown needed!! This place is a joke

This place seems to have read the poor reviews and is trying to correct their poor reviews and service. Security at guard house was friendly and quick. Check in at receiving, with a line of about 6, took less than 5 minutes. Capstone lumper so everything is text to you. I was an hour late and had a full trailer with 5 different orders. 5 hours to unload is why no 5 stars. Let's hope they continue to improve.

This Warehouse is absolutely horrific. They are so disorganized with all the loads coming in. Make sure to come prepared with patience and your mentality. When they unload you, you have to wait for at least 8 hours to give the documents Lastly, they give you an appointment to drop off the load, but they don’t unload you until days after. This place is horrendous.
