I have used Vacationhit Realty as a vacation rental and more recently as a property owner/renter. Vacationhit will work with you to find a home that will meet your needs, and you won't have to sign a twenty page contract to rent a property. They are professional, friendly, and attentive to your needs. Their wide assortment of homes offer a variety of locations and amenaties. If you are looking for a property management company, Vacationhit will take care of everything from screening renters to upkeep of your property and any maintenance needs, at a very reasonable cost. They have always been very quick to respond to any maintenance or simply helping a renter navigate a TV remote!

Kevin was great with assisting us on our vacation rental home. Very prompt at responding. We stayed at sunshine house and it was everything we were looking for plus some. Pool and hot tub were great to relax in and each bedroom having their own bathroom was a major bonus! Thank you again vacationhit and we hope to return to FL next year!
