Don’t bother with curbside pick-up as it appears they don’t start picking the orders until you arrive. We Checked-in but 15 mins later no one was coming so I called in to say we’re here, they asked for order number (check-in system must be useless) we’ve been waiting over 45 minutes as they’re still looking for one item they can’t seem to locate. This would’ve been known if the item had been picked prior to sending the ready for pick up confirmation. No communication from anyone in the store during this time and we’re outside waiting wondering what’s going on. Ended up taking my partial order and leaving. DO BETTER LOWE’S!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Joe.K help me the other day!!! I seriously had NO CLUE about what type of fencing I wanted so that my puppy wouldn’t keep jumping over the fence I previously had. Joe was ever so patient with me and the fact that it was plain to see that I was in over my head, he took the time to explain what it was I most likely would need, then showed me on the computer what types of items I would have to buy. Then he took me back to the fencing and he explained all the differences with everything. I needed some more things from my list and again, being super patient with me, he showed me the items that best suited my needs. Joe spent over an hour with me! I honestly couldn’t have done it without his expertise!!! Thanks for everything Joe! You made this experience such an extremely positive one! I’m very happy with the fence, it’s worked out perfectly and my puppy hasn’t gone awol at all!!! Excellent customer service and such kindness is so rare these days, but Joe was outstanding in all he did for me! Thank you so much.
