Beitler's installed a chimney liner for me in 2015. Annually Beitler's clean my fireplace and liner. I'm very happy with Beithler's work. I set an appointment and Beitler's show up on time and complete the scheduled services. They always leave my house and fireplace clean.

I never take the time to write a review. But I'll do it tonight because I think it's important for the consumer to know how good this company is. I won't go into all of the details, but I will say their service is outstanding. They came out inspected my chimney looked at my wood stove and showed me how dangerous my current system was. Had I continued with my old wood stive, I may havr lost it all... They installed a beautiful new wood stove for me, fixed my chimney and was professional and courteous. I appreciate their honesty how much they cared about my satisfaction. Thank you.
I recommend Beitler's Chimney Service for your chimney inspection, cleaning and repair work. Beitler's is a small business run by Tom and his wife. They were responsive to my questions and were helpful in timely scheduling my appointments and allowing for a reschedule when I needed to change the date. Tom's fire place cleaning and inspection was thorough and he provided a professional report and pictures regarding the status of my chimney. Tom works thoroughly and efficiently, and he and his wife are friendly and care about their customers. I plan to continue to use Beitler's for my future chimney needs.
Beitler’s installed a chimney liner to help pull air up from our hot water heater. They also resurfaced the chimney crown and waterproofed the exterior. We got an estimate from another company first. They seemed fine. But then someone recommended we contact Beitler’s. Their bid was several hundred dollars less and included more work. Tom was friendly and professional. I appreciate that they worked with us on the estimated arrival time. I would definitely recommend them.
Tom was great. I \didn't know what I didn't know\ about the proper operation of a woodstove. Beyond cleaning, Tom got me on track to operate my stove properly and thereby avoid dangerous accumulations of creosote. Highly recommend.
