Rob Cassam is one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with! He was on top of every little detail when we were looking for a home here in NC/SC. He knew we were challenged with looking at homes because we resided in NJ. We looked at resell homes and he never pushed us and always educated us throughout the process. He worked with our schedule whenever we would travel down to NC/SC and was always available via text, email, calls, or in person! We finally decided on a new build and Rob helped us through negotiations on the home and the entire inspection process findings! It is very apparent that Rob has been doing this for quite some time as he is timely organized with every detail from you looking at homes to closing on your new home! If Rob could not be available at any point of the process he made sure to always have someone help us that was educated as well! Rob still continues to follow up with us - as we never know when we might need his expertise again! If we do, we will definitely be back! This is a lifelong network connection, so happy we chose Rob!
