WARNING! I would suggest to carefully think twice before renting or looking at listings from this agency. I came across one of their listings that is currently for sale however was on Airbnb advertised as a short rental – 224A Blaine Avenue Seaside Heights. The entire exchange was very odd from the beginning as they confirmed access to the pool even knowing there was a state order that did not allow for pools to be open but they failed to tell us until the day before. Also the rental agreement of this property listed and owned by listing agent Jim Funicelli was done by myself a separate person named Glenn Grainger representing GA Ventures LLC. Apparently Glenn was not the owner of the house as I understood since the first night we arrived at our rental there was an unidentified person that entered the property very rudely and claimed to be “security” and said not to listen to Glenn but that Jim was the person in charge. At that time I did not know who Jim was. Furthermore he continued to harass us and lastly at the end of our rental we left the house as when we arrived and when asking Glenn for our security deposit back he gave us pictures of damaged elements in the property that were not there upon our departure. I find it very unprofessional that a house is being listed for sale while also serving as short term rentals while several entities scam the guests who are unaware of all the parties involved with the property just to stay with security deposits – before renting these rentals please make sure you do thorough research as you will find yourself being harassed daily by the local “security” who just comes in unannounced and make your stay uncomfortable and ultimately stay with your money unjustifiable.

I have worked with a few different realtors over the years and Mike Loundy of Seaside Realty is the best of the best. He has extensive resources and knowledge of the area. We purchased a property in 2018 and 2019, both with Mike. Mike got us better deals than we had hoped for in both cases. He was with us every step of the way, offer to closing.

I rented the location of 6200, the Savannah. When we arrived for check in on July 13, we found the property still being cleaned at 4pm which was stated that there was a possibility of such however, I've never encountered it before. At this time we decided to eat at a near by restaurant. When we returned, it had began to rain. My family and I hurried to unload our belongings from the vehicle. I was interrupted by my elderly mother and father advising me there was a HOLE in the ceiling and water was coming through and onto their bed. You could see where some terrible patch work was attempted prior however the size of the hole was not fresh from the 10 minutes of rain just received. I called management and they sent a young employee to come to the residence who's response was to move the bed and place a pot under the whole. When i inquired about the water damage and the Hole, he advised that it just must have happened with the rain. I informed him that you can see where they repainted and the hole in the ceiling was not new. I further advised that my father is on Dialysis and needed an area which could be made sanitary for medical reasons. The gentleman was very dismissive and argumentative to where I left the room. From the 13th to 16th, I was not contacted by anyone to repair the ceiling or the roof and it was about to rain again. I called the office once again and they acted like they had no idea about the leak. They then sent a contractor out who stated he was unable to fix it that day due to the storm. Finally on the 17th, the roof was temporarily fixed. The contractor informed me that the back have of the roof will need to be replaced due to the damage and how old it is. For a management company and rental property to charge almost 10,000 for a week, I was seriously hoping for the property not to have such an obvious and inconvenient defect when trying to enjoy a family vacation. I'm pretty sure this will be the last time using Sea Side reality.

Please understand I only write reviews for places that I legimately try to warn people about for a reason. Do not deal with these people! Extremely rude and unprofessional in multiple ways.
