Very poor customer service. I leased a phone system that has not worked properly since it was installed over 15 months ago. Senior Account Manager does not respond to emails. Technical support did not help fix the problem and will not respond until I sign a maintenance agreement, despite problems existing during the 12 month warranty period. I was told that when I signed a maintenance agreement, they would respond ASAP. Week has gone by and no one has responded to phone calls or emails. My old phone system worked just fine. I would not refer any business to this company and I give everyone a chance to make things right.
