We have just recently signed on with Abovepoint but our experience so far has been outstanding. Initially they did a full audit of our IT infrastructure for free which was nice considering most companies charge for the initial audit. After the audit, we had a two hour meeting with the owner of the company Alex and our sales associate Bobby to go over everything. They quickly pointed out some security risk we were facing with our current setup and offered suggestions on the latest products that could enhance our security as well as our data. Most importantly though, they also pointed out everything that was in good shape and did not need any updating. As most of us know, companies often try to upsell you on every little thing and I never once felt like this with them. They were very honest, very straight forward, and overall made us feel very comfortable about their plan. Since then I have worked with one of the tech's named David and he is very helpful and easy to work with. Overall it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for IT services.
