ADT has never been anything but terrible. They misled me in the sign-up process, surprised me with unexpected fees and paperwork AFTER my alarms went off (resulting in them not calling the police for me). Their equipment consistently breaks and makes my home inhospitable with beeping control panels that I can't stop. Also, their service techs are incompetent - showing up late and not fixing the problems the first, or even second time. Their call center is also under staffed and uncaring. Never, NEVER use ADT!

They promise to give your friends or family a referral compensation and yet never do. TACKY AND SHADY!!! I HAVE CALLED AND I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR THEIR HELP UNTIL I AM BLUE IN THE FACE. They NEVER do anything and then it's been a whole year that my family have not received this 250.00 referral reward money. I WANT AN ADT MANAGER, SUPERVISOR, AND EVEN THE CEO TO CALL ME. COMPLETE BS!
