Transporters need training on appropriate behavior. Bad mouthing patients and how they smell -- please keep that to yourself, they're already dealing with medical issues. They could also benefit from attitude adjustments. They seem so over their job and if this profession for isn't for you, might need to consider a career change.
Doesn't do quality business. Needed transportation and got the run around for 2 days. Yes, no, yes, no. I wouldn't recommend even attempting to do business. They don't know if they are coming or going.
Worse place to work. Overworked and underpaid. Worked 14 hours shifts and you try to take a break during the day and you get called out on it. Oh, also I was called a liar by management. I feel for the patients. They deserve to be treated better.
Don't use unless you want your patient/loved ones sitting in a wheel chair waiting for 2 hours. Sad.
