I recently had an excellent experience with this store. I needed to print and bind a couple large PDF books and print some invitations that I had designed myself - I was having terrible problems getting these invitations done - FedEx was the third service I tried. Jesus was super patient with me and helpful with advice on my options. Char worked out my print project to make it look great and I was able to get it all done, somehow with less cost than if I had ordered it online! I am posting this review out of gratitude and I will definitely visit this location again! It is a teeny location but they still manage to do very good work with a kind demeanor.

Because of the liberal panic, their one and only computer (for printing services) is shut down \due to social distancing.\ It isn't near anything else in the store or within 6 feet of other services. It shouldn't be shut down.

A complete ripoff. I spent 1,121.90 to send boxes that needed to arrive for an event by 10:30 am at the lastest. I paid extra to get them there at that time. I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guarenteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. So 11 boxes were delievered late and 2 of them were not delivered until the following day, which ruined our event. When we called FedEx just asking for a discount, not even a refund they basically said there was nothing they can do for us. I then called this location as this is where we sent the boxes from, just to see if there was something they could do and basically recieved the same response. If this is the way you treat your customers, then I do not want to have anything to do with FedEx ever again and I hope those of you reading this will rethink your shipping needs. USPS, you have just gained a loyal customer that spends a ton on shipping!

Majority of the employees are scrambling to put on masks when someone walks in and today the lady working the front didn't have a mask on at all. I will be using UPS until they decide that the health and safety of their customers actually matters.
