I recently had an issue with an extended vent run for a dryer that was not accessible on a rental property we own. I had another company come to take a look at it but was not able to complete the cleaning process. I have used Kingsborough for years at my personal residence and asked them to come out. It took a bit of investigative work and cutting of drywall but they were able to gain access and make some needed repairs. The process took much longer than anticipated later on a Friday afternoon, but the technicians took the time that was necessary to get the job done properly. There was only a slight additional charge for the extra work effort which was well worth it for the peace of mind we now have that the vent has been properly cleaned. I will never contact another company for dryer vent cleaning and I will remain a life-long customer for all the services Kingsborough provides.
Exceptional service. Courteous, friendly but most of all honest!! They came over and cleaned our fireplace and explained some of the repairs that needed to be done. There was no pushy sales pitch. We agreed that some repairs needed to be done. They came over, explained every thing that was being done. Showed us everything that they were repairing and saved us money by trying to salvage some existing parts! We will definitely use them from now on for all chimney repair/cleaning. Sue and Steve Rouse
