Used their service a lot. Had a ride lined up and they were having technical issues with their phone. To schedule the ride took 4-5 phone calls. Waited on the street no one ever called or showed up. Almost three hours later I received a message saying I stood them up and would be charged extra if I wanted a ride. I’ve used this service probably 50 times and try to always tip (covid 19 has been hard) so if this is how they would treat return customers I would never be able to recommend them. I wish Louis wouldn’t employ the lady I believe is his daughter. I believe this is all because I criticized the fact that her phone wouldn’t work in any of the phone calls. I feel like she copped and attitude and is trying to make it so I pay more, I’ll never use this service again now.

Drivers are helpful and flexible to the best of their abilities, sometimes lacking in good communication. Sometimes ride queue fluctuates.
