*PLEA* If you or a loved one have Dr Casino as a Pulmanolgist I beg of you to get a second opinion. He does NOT care about the well-being of his patients. Most if not all do NOT get better, they still can not breathe. He is never in his office, he rarely does his rounds at the hospital. He alters or does not make the appropriate notes in his charts. He is NO good!
