Greg is absolutely wonderful. He has completed two inspections for me. He is very detailed and is able to break information down for the normal person to understand. He completed my inspection prior to going on a family vacation. I ended up having to make contact with him the following day; although he was spending time with his family he was not hesitant to responding to my questions/concerns. I felt so horrible having to interrupt his private time, but after explaining to him how it was imperative for me to have my request in by that following week he did not have anything to say other than "I will take care of it." I would definitely use his services again without any hesitation. Keep up the great work and keep providing excellent services.

Greg was very personable and thorough. He encouraged me to follow him room to room so he could explain things a bit at a time. It made the entire experience (my 5th) much easier to take in and understand. I preferred that over all at once at the end. He pointed out and explained in detail what each thing meant and the severity level of each thing. Overall, I think he went above and beyond the service I expected.
