We recently had automated Lutron shades installed in our great room and dining room. Both rooms are on the west side of our home and we needed to control not only the sunlight, but the heat in the late afternoon. We could not be more thrilled with the shades we chose! The installers were very capable, professional and neat. The shades are not only beautiful in color and texture, but they operate almost silently, controlling the bright sunlight and heat. And, a big plus was getting to work with all the great people at SmartLife. We love our new shades and would highly recommend SmartLife to anyone needing window coverings.

Debbie was warm into easing us into the idea of automated blinds. We met her and she gave us a good idea of what to expect. At first we thought we didn't need them, but after seeing them in action, I really wanted the automated shades! Her team (specifically Emmanuel and Hank) spent several hours of the day dutifully measuring, drilling and hanging the blinds. I could tell that they both cared about their craft and wanted to do the job right. They most certainly did with professionalism, courtesy and friendliness while answering my questions and training me on the use of the system.
