Ross was no pressure to deal with not to mention very knowledgeable and took time with me to answer all my questions and explained things about the car I didn't even think about. Arrived at the dealer to find a large selection of the model I was looking for. Sales team was helpful and knowledgeable. All-in-all an easy and relatively fast transaction (for a car purchase).
