Buffalo Chip This place is big and mostly empty, so sad. I wish I could have gone there before COVID. I can only imagine how much fun could have been there. Everybody that I ran into tonight that was there were awesome, I really like the manager, super friendly. The service is great, food is good, and the Outdoor area was amazing. I WOULD recommend.

We came to this spot for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We loved this place very much and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
Atmosphere is incredible! Great set up. Nice staff. Wasn't impressed with the food or waitress. Brisket had good flavor but so chewy that you could not bite through. At 18 per pound, it should be amazing. Mac n cheese and potatoes were really bland. Gravy was good. Had to ask 4 times to get waters for the children, finally brought it when they were done eating and it was smelly tap water and the kids said it was gross. Would probably go back for a drink with Friends, maybe try the chicken next time.
The service and atmosphere were still great, however we do not like the new menu. The brisket and burnt ends were moist and tender, however that is all they had on the menu. They had a great thing going with the filler menu. We always brought visiting friends there for a burger and fish on Friday. Not everyone likes BBQ or smoked food so will definitely have to find a new spot.
Just moved to Scottsdale from the East Shore. Stopped here at Buffalo Chips for lunch and tried something very new to the Menu, Rattlesnake Bites. It was a real cool novelty Appetizer. Close to chicken, really. It was fried with a nice sauce. The chicken wings are fried not baked, good eating. I'm returning. I enjoyed my Friendly Server. She is on top of her game.
