Purchase a washer and dryer from another establishment and experience problems with the washer. Contacted where I purchased the washer and the owner was no help at all. In fact he would not even listen to me. Contacted C B Joes and spoke with Jim and he helped me fix the problem. From now on, I will be purchasing my appliances and TVs from CB Joes.

Had an amazing experience last week with CB Joe's! Just before the weekend July 4th holiday our washer broke down, service man suggested purchasing from Joes'. Just before 5pm I placed an order online and heard back right away regarding the order and delivery set-up. He was great and followed up with other questions I had later regarding the unit and his crew arrived in perfect time to deliver our washer that Tuesday. Cannot recommend enough, outstanding customer service. THANK YOU for your service!

Bought new LG 65 INCHES TV FROM CB JOES! WE WERE scheduled 4 a Wednesday delivery, with snowstorm on the way they still made good on there promised delivery time & date! Delivery guys were great had T.V. up & running in 15 minutes!! I still need more instruction on aspects of TV, So many options that is a challenge for Senior citizens! Love the TV1. OLED!!!
