Great customer service!! I was riding Silver Mountain and was about ready to ditch the full face helmet and put on my half shell. Stopped in this bike shop to check it out since it’s right along the bike trail. Alex educated me on the importance of wearing a full face, even showing me pictures of damage to a full face helmet that could have been a person’s face. After explaining to him that I don’t enjoy riding with one because my neck and shoulders hurt from the weight of it, he showed me a better helmet. Thank you, Coeur d’Alene Bike Co, for carrying quality products. And thank you, Alex, for helping to keep me safe and protected while out on the trails.

This shop has everything form E-Mtb to DH bikes and everything in between featuring a huge rental fleet. Leave your bike at home and rent one here when visit to ride Silver Mt... they have lots of awesome Norco park bikes!
