Not only did they not help with my problems at all other than offering me basically prescription ibuprofen for inflammation, they billed me more than discussed multiple times at the time of \service\ and refuse to give me an itemized receipt of what I'm being billed for. Ended up spending thousands at an ER instead for problems that they should have been able to help me with.

Hard to get a same day appointment. To set up an appointment over the phone took me over an hour for a respond just to let me know they didn’t have anything available.

This Clinic should be the last resource for someone who is looking for a good, professional care. The ARC my Chart System is easy to handle. The staff is great (in person, but very aggressive and impolite over the phone and over the messaging system on MyChart). The Doctors so far has poor bed side manners, the doctor did not listened to my concerns and rushed the visit with complete absence of any medical analysis. This people are 100% worried about the numbers and 0% concerned about patient's needs. I would recommend to go somewhere else.
