We had to put our old dog to sleep today. tEveryone in the office was so supportive. they made me and the Bella as comfortable as we could be. they answered any questions I had. Let us take everything in our own time. My sweet girl barely felt the shot and went to sleep eating the ice cream they gave her as a treat. It is so hard to have to take the step to put a family pet to sleep. It helps when you have such support.
Absolutely amazed by the care they showed. I am thankful for them taking care of our sweetheart during a very stressful time for him and us - we will definitely be back
My pup had her first visit (general wellness check) here today and had an amazing experience! She didn't want to leave by the end of her appontment. The staff was super friendly and they made sure she felt comfortable and showered her with love and treats. I had a bit of miscommunication regarding my appointment, but they were kind and resolved it quickly. They also gave me a packet to take home with tons of useful information. Will definitely be back!
