Walked in while my old phone was literally bleeding from the inside. The employees were more than helpful. Even after my old phone's screen was beyond repair, several employees came to help. *Edit* Terribly sorry about the lack clarity of my review. I came in with a broken phone and after purchasing a new one, the employees did everything they could try to save my old one. I believe it was Doug who helped me from start to finish!!!

Just purchased a new phone. Guy was very helpful. In and out fast. Been with this carrier for years. We always buy our phones outright! Great service and plans for us. 2 lines 3 gigs each unlimited talk and text 35 bucks a month for each line. Very happy with our plan and coverage..

I received real good customer service here. I went while they were running a promotional deal, and when I got there the product options were slim pickings. That being said, I DIDN'T make it to their store until about 2 days before their promotional deal ended. So there's definitely some blame for that that I have to own. My wife and I have been using Cellcom for about 5-6 years now, going to the same store as well, and we'll continue to for years to come.
