I just spent 45 mins in line trying to redeem groupons for flylinq zip line at the center strip box office for them to say the daytime tickets are sold out and they can’t redeem it and the only way we can ride is if we pay the the difference to the original total. We missed the “daytime” standing in line, on top of they gave us no directions as to where to go and when we asked the door to get in was locked. Not one employee apologized for the inconvenience, glad they’re customer service is so on point. Go to Fremont and do that zip line at least they’re helpful if you have a problem and don’t look at you like oh well sucks for you.
