Terrible customer service and are charging about 53/Mbps. I have tried to get them to help me with better service or a better cost, but was passed around representatives and then hung up on.

Very poor customer service, after my first week as a new customer and having a solid Internet connection it then went out and I was told it would be 10 days for them to fix it. They also promised me a higher speed than they can deliver here. Eventually they were able to come out early after only a full week. Here we are 2 weeks later and the whole of Indian mountain/Como community has been without Internet for over 36 hours ETA for repair just keep moving forward and I haven’t been able to speak with a single real person just bots and the website. sadly satellite Internet while more expensive is 100% more reliable. I know both Viasat and Hughes net offer faster speeds then CenturyLink an offer here anyways. On Monday I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous.
