Had a slab leak in rental units. The tiles were hot. Had 3 estimates up to 1800. CET was the lowest at 900. Chad came out on time . 30 min later he had the floor torn out . He had the pipe repaired and a temporary floor in place for the tenants. The next day o,n time again ,he brought a close enough tile match and had it set Without a hitch. In addition he picked up a 10 ft clothing wood pole and installed it with brackets in our attic. Really ? Super nice guy. 2 huge opposing problems done by one efficient gentlemen,Chad at CET
