Worst doctor in existence. Patient simply asked if they could have physical therapy outside of his office since both offices are over an hour away from their home. This POS had a fit like a child and said, “Sure. But I don’t know what they’ll do for you so you’re on your own now.” Wrote a prescription for PT, gathered his paperwork, said “See ya,” and walked out the room. He needs to be investigated by the AMA and have his license revoked. If he isn’t making all the money for treatment of your condition he doesn’t want anything to do with you.

Doc is a great surgeon. The therapy department is great. The only Down fall is the wait to see the doctor for your appointment time. The good news is that he takes his time with everyone and answers all your questions. That is why you wait for your appointment time. Well worth the wait.

Dr. Hergenroeder replaced my wrist. Amazing. Other surgeons wanted to fuse it. Completely happy with the doctor's work. Would highly recommend him to all. Great staff also. Sometimes there is a wait but well worth it.

This place is terrible! Sue the receptionist is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. She talks very condescending and tries to out talk you. Arriving at my appointment 10 minutes early it took 4hrs. It was a 3 hr wait to be seen by the dr. He didnt seem to listen to my concerns. He asked me the same question 3x. I couldn't get an appt, I was told to wait and be called and sue began raising her voice. Then stated they were changing the computer system. Meanwhile I'm in pain. I refuse to spend money where I will be mistreated! I do not recommend this place!!!! So after speaking with another office nothing can be done about the service because its private practice. I have also contacted my insurance company regarding the service.

What a joke the whole staff is rude and talk to u like ur a reject or something. The equipment is from the 1800s . u have to wait 5 To 6 hours to be seen from the time of ur appointment . I'd run from this joke of a medical group
