If you are thinking about going to work out here....THIS IS THE BEST CROSSFIT. Emily, the head trainer, is incredible. She is not only a really sweet person, but an amazing trainer. Constantly watching us to make sure we have the proper form and working closely with us to achieve it. I have been going to this gym for 1.5 years and it has completely changed me. Not just physically but also mentally. I have been able to accomplish things I never thought I would. Do not procrastinate going to the gym anymore, stop making excuses and get you butt to Chalkline. You won't regret it. Best decision I have made in a long time!

I dropped I while working in town and had a great experience. Really well done programming and one of the most complete crossfit classes I’ve ever had - good warm up, mobility time, strength training, met con wod and some stretching all in an hour without feeling rushed. I will be glad to come back to this box next time I’m in the area.

TLDR: This place is awesome! You need to check it out. Full Review- I came on originally as part of the 6-week challenge (a trial program). You get a meal plan, unlimited access to the classes (3x/week minimum), weekly weigh-ins, weekly text check-ins with your coach. Let me tell you everything I have learned and everything I would want to know if I was thinking about joining: 1. Emily is the owner and the heart of Chalkline. She is the perfect balance of tough and loving- she will push you to come back and to do more because she wants you to succeed and feel good about yourself. She is very adept at adapting a workout or a meal plan to you needs, without compromising the integrity of the program. Her level of customer service is stellar and definitely deserves 5 stars all around. 2. Workouts change every day and they are creative. There are 4 coaches who teach different classes. There are a ton of class offerings in terms of times/day (see their website for the full schedule), so I really appreciated that. If you become a full-fledged member, you can keep track of your personal records, so you can track your progress. 3. The classes have small groups (usually less than 10 people, with a strict cap at 15 people). I was scared before I started that I'd be lagging behind but no one judges. All of the members have been nice to me, no matter our difference in fitness level. The other members are kind and a couple of them have kept pace with me when I was struggling to finish a workout. 4. It's an investment but it's really worth it. This is the time you take to take care of YOURSELF. In other words, make yourself a priority and take 3 hours/week to invest in your future health. It's not an easy path, but Emily and everyone will be there for you. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about this review.

Chalkline Crossfit is a great place to learn crossfit in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Coach Emily is very knowledgable and knows how to work with all types of people. I learned a ton about weights and lifting and really enjoyed the classes and the atmosphere. It is really clean. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about Crossfit because Coach Emily makes it fun and accessible.
