The food was great except for adding cheese to my wife’s food that she is allergic to. We asked specifically for no cheese. We placed our order online an hour before. We showed up 10 minutes early just in case. Then they were 15 minutes late with the order.

It’s my boyfriends birthday. Since they don’t have outdoor seating I ordered food to go. Checked the bag there was no bread and butter when i said online that i wanted it. After waiting 5 minutes then we left because we were hungry. By the time we got to the park like 20 minutes away there was no cutlery. I said on my online order i wanted 3 cutlery. It’s disappointing to pay almost 100 and not get the service we paid for. Also its my boyfriends birthday and i feel bad because then we had to go get cutlery at a drugstore when it shouldve been included in the bag. Even if the food is good, if the service doesn’t match up to it then I would not recommend to anyone. If not for the food they would have 0 stars.
Stopped in while shopping in Champaign. We were seated quickly.. sat there for over 10 minutes.. no server came. I saw the man who sat us say \john\ and point over our way. \John\ went into the kitchen. Then another server stopped and asked if anyone had come to our table.. I said nope, and then she said, \John\ you have a table. John went to the bar area. So, we left and went the the Rib Eye and had a great meal. Not sure what was up with John, but he's a horrible server. I would like to give 0 stars, but this app won't let me.
In the midst of the pandemic they were beyond expectations and exceeded what I thought the service would be as well as how the food was. The professionalism of the staff was beyond what you would expect.
The outlaw ribeye was delicious and the drinks were strong. Great meal.
