James was amazing! He came out, inspected our sink, and eventually ended up locating a clog that we never would have found ourselves - and no amount of drain solutions would have fixed it! He was pleasant the entire time he was working & took the time to ask if there was anything he could help us with while he was here. So thankful for his help & we will be personally asking for him again should we need Roto Rooter to come to the rescue again in the future!

Had someone out to give an estimate on replacing a few outdoor spigots. Overall they did a nice job and were efficient with replacing the spigots on the spot which we didn’t expect. Friendly service. Our one noticeable issue was the communication at times. Our first scheduled estimate was canceled about 30 minutes prior and rescheduled next day. The person estimating did not arrive during the set time and called about 30 minutes later to see if they could still come. They arrived much later than expected. That being said, again they did a good job with everything and provided a nice discount for the inconvenience with the time as well. We are happy to have our spigot issue resolved!
