This people don’t care about their customers. They don’t respond to calls or emails. No follow up , nothing . If they’ve done a good job in first place there would be no need to follow up. Very dishonest people
Had to have a hot water heater replaced they put in 5 years ago. Very expensive from them. Then they said I needed a new pressure reducing valve for 500 which I got. I called them at least 5 times after to get someone out here to check it as my pressure was so bad you couldn’t even shower. Finally came yesterday and he couldn’t figure it out so I had him take the valve off!!! I paid 500 for something they took off a week later, no refund, nothing!! Sorry but wouldn’t use them again or recommend.
Right now the place is fine because I hired another company to come fix what abc wouldn't. When abc installed our new tankless water heater they broke a valve and didn't even hook up the exhaust properly. The owner won't call back because he thinks he is better than most but Don't know his customers or what they do. Please don't use this company!
I had Anthony and Demar show up at my place and fix my hot water heater. They were efficient, very polite, and I was very impressed by both of them. A to both of them!
