All the medical and patient testing, treatment and follow up stuff was 10/10. My insurance group went into provisional liquidation and the billings department filed the claims as patient responsibility even though I had insurance at the time. Solutions were discussed but it seemed of all my providers, East Valley Cardiology was not very supportive of this atypical situation. Billings does not fully advocate for the patients and their application of ethical beneficence (what's in the best interests of the patient) was sub-par. Know EXACTLY how your insurance billings works before commiting to appointments. Now I'm a med student with dead insurancr and a massive hold in my wallet. Wish y'all fought for me a bit more and not against me.

Syntax

As someone with many chronic conditions and several injuries, I've visited over 20 doctors and specialists out here in Arizona. Of those, East Valley Cardiology is easily the BEST medical facility of any kind (cardiology or otherwise) I've ever visited! The facility is pristine, the receptionists are extremely kind and courteous, the prices are very reasonable, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly, the doctors actually want to LISTEN to their patients, never tried to rush me out the door, and answered all my questions and concerns, things that many other doctors seem to be lacking. Thank you so much to Doctor Hanson and Doctor Harris for giving me the best treatment I've ever had!!

So, you may wait a minute or two, calculating-in the current times we are living in you’re lucky the office has remained open, safe and professional, where so many others have closed or limited care to video-only. I have gone to East Valley Cardiology for about 8 years. Dr. Ganem is well versed in my particular brand of heart disease. He was a godsend 8 years ago when I was trying to find a cardiologist that knew how to treat my heart disease. Ever since I have been going to EVC I have had less angina attacks and consistently great heart health. The staff at the front desk, in accounting, the medical assistants and physician assistants, are the best I have found. If you have a particularly rare heart disease or just normal heart disease; EVC is the place to go.
