Dr Bekteshi may be the best pulmonologist in the world but I wouldn't know. His office staff is incompetent and the office manager is unintelligent and defensive. I left 3 voice mails over 6 weeks before I got a return call to schedule an appointment. This should have been red flag #1. I had to reschedule the appointment because I was sick and then, because they wanted to wait 6 weeks after I had COVID, they called me to reschedule again. On this phone call, the person told me the doc wanted me to get another chest X-ray. They did not send me an order so I made 3 more phone calls asking them to send me one. No return call. So I went to my scheduled appointment and guess what? It wasn't in their book. The office manager came out and said it wasn't their fault my appointment had to be rescheduled twice. No, but it is their fault that the date they gave me wasn't properly recorded. Did she think I randomly decided to come in??? Further, if anyone had checked their voice mails, they would have heard my request for the order for the X-ray, figured out a mistake had been made and called me.

Dr. Bekteshi and his staff rocks!! Office mgr. Kelly top notch!! Very helpful with helping me schedule my 1st appt. Dr. Bekteshi spent a good amount of time with me and helpful answering all my questions re: my breathing issues. I definitely was impressed with my experience!!

Wonderful doctor, great office staff. Dr Bekteshi has an amazing bedside manner, and was very direct about his opinions and recommendations for my condition. He worked cooperatively with my cardiologist and oncologist to share information., and create a treatment plan that was agreeable by all. I am very grateful to Dr Bekteshi for his care and compassion.

Dr Bekteshi treated me in the hospital for valley fever.He was very honest about my condition and reviewed options. Bedside manner was great and office staff are great. It was a great medical experience. Highly recommend Dr Bekteshi.
