Usually everything is good but you guys need to update your hours on Google you’re able to do that the guy at the front desk said you have no control over that. you’re a business that controls your ads and other marketing. you can change your hours and show that you’re not open between 1230 and 2 on because there’s some people that drive very far to come to this bank. I drive about 40 minutes and you guys were closed and luckily I was able to go run some other errands around here and come back but that was very inconvenient

This credit union is one of the best I've ever worked with. The service is very personal and the employees really get to know their customers. Every time I've called their office I always get friendly service no matter how busy they are. I would definitely recommend using San Tan Credit Union to my friends and family. As a matter of fact I do often refer people I meet at my job and they've always been treated right.
I recently opened an auto loan here even though I have been employed at a large bank, due to the great rate San Tan offered. After speaking to a San Tan rep over the phone, I will be choosing San Tan for future financial needs due to the wonderful customer service I received. Keep up the great work!
The credit union is deceptive. My son is an officer in the US Army and they maliciously destroyed his credit after making promises in writing
I had a horrible experience trying to obtain any assistance with an auto loan. They were unwilling to work with me about a late payment and it also took me 4 attempts to get a copy of the payoff letter. I will never use them again for any of my banking needs.
