I ended up having to get braces for the second time due to new teeth coming in as an adult. It was a weird, complicated situation for me, but Dr. Andrew made it a great experience the whole way through. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I've seen Dr. Andrew from start to finish. He is such a kind, patient, and respectful man. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly and professional as well. The office is clean, and beautiful. They will work with you on payment options. Just such a fantastic place with fantastic people.

I am a return customer, I had ortho work done by Dr. (Paul) Serrano more than 25 years ago, and now my son has too. Dr. Serrano and Dr. Andrew as well as ALL of their staff are really amazing, caring people. I enjoyed them then, and even more now. My son just got his braces off, and he looks and feels fabulous! If you are looking for an orthodontist where your children (or yourself) will feel cared about and enjoy coming to, come to the best, the father and son duo, you won't be disappointed.

Serrano Orthodontics is #1! Every appointment I am welcomed with smiling faces and called back for my appointment promptly. Not only do I love the smell of cookies, but I truly appreciate the way Dr. Andrew pays precise attention to detail and asks for my opinion. The staff is delightful as well! I have had zero issues with my braces to date and am looking forward to the end product! Thank you Dr. Andrew for being #1 and for giving me my dream smile :)
