We are very satisfied and happy with our newly finished basement/in-law suite. This was our first big renovation job so we were a little apprehensive about the whole process. We received several estimates and decided to go with Yong based on his quote and design ideas. During the initial design phase at his studio he provided several different layout options and even added few additional features at no extra cost. He made the whole process as seamless as possible. Like any big project we encountered some unforeseen issues but Yong and his crew were very quick and responsive to resolve them. Yong also had his crew do some additional work outside of the scope of the project without charging us extra. We were very fortunate to have found Dream Design. They far exceeded our expectations. His crew were all very pleasant and respectful. We definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

We meet with a number of contractors regarding estimates to remodel our basement. Dream Design Construction was the last contractor we meet with, I must say I wish they were the first (it would have saved me a lot of time). Their estimates were amazing compared to all the other estimates we received, but the kicker was their knowledge and presentation. After visiting our home to discuss the work we wanted to have done, within days we visited Yong's office where he architect a design of exactly what we wanted and was excellent in providing guidance on what he thought should be done to enhance the look. His crew is outstanding and very professional. The work they do is second to none! We will definitely use Dream Design Constructions again and recommend them to anyone. Very happy with my basement. No project is to small or to large for these guys. Awesome crew
