Courtney was professional and courteous - She quickly and pleasantly took care of everything I needed. The work was done quickly and correctly. I was told that I trade my cars too frequently. I’ve been told great they have numerous banks to go through. That’s either not true, or they didn’t try any more than one or two banks. The very same day, I got approved for Curbside Pick-Up at a different dealership.. I test drove and then signed and was done. So, go to Jay Hatfield if you want a 4-5 day run around; try ANY other dealership and you’ll probably have better odds.

The car stalled on a Sunday morning and had to be towed to the service department at the dealership. The department worked on it shortly after opening on Monday and kept me informed throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the way the situation was handled and how quickly I had my vehicle back in working order.

I had an appointment setup and arrived on time. The customer service representative took my truck, 2018 2500DH Midnight, in for the oil change and tire rotation. Within thirty minutes the truck was ready to go. While there in the customer lounge, a salesperson ask if I was interested in getting a new truck? I told the salesperson, that I had expressed an interest but dealers would not give me enough money for my truck. That is a the further the conversation went. The cashier was very nice and held a good conversation during checking out.
