After 2 years of problems with our rear window defroster, we finally went to Chapman for service (we previously went to the dealer where we bought the jeep, big mistake) Chapman’s service department immediately identified the issue, ordered the part and fixed the problem (which required a new window); Alfredo at the service department was impeccable at every step of the process! Very professional, polite and courteous! He provided timely status updates, assisted us with a loaner car, and did a follow up call to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using Chapman for all our service and buying needs!
