Very pleased with our experience with josh. He was able to answer all my questions. He was also very honest and let us know of any issues he seen and repairs that needed addressed. He let us know of some double tapped breakers in the house we’re purchasing. We were able to get that repaired before purchasing the home. He went over every nook and cranny of our house and recommended me on some maintenance I should take care of. Overall very happy with our experience with him and will recommend him.
Josh Mellin is a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a home inspection. He is polite, patient, conscientious, and thorough. His report is comprehensive and easy to understand. He seems to look at a residence as if he were buying it himself. He thus looks not only for problems but also for potential.
