I worked here as a CNA part time and I didn't stay long. No facility is perfect and none of them are as good as being home, but this one by far is the worst! In all my years of working in these type of facilities this one was truly heart breaking. I would leave work in tears almost every time I worked. It's unsanitary to say the least, I have hundreds of examples. It's under staffed, outdated, and none of the staff practice safe patient handling. My heart breaks for the people living in this so called care facility. I couldn't stay there it was just too much to witness. I spoke to the state about the conditions but they didn't seem to care anymore than the director did when I told her about it. I do not recommend putting a dog in there and definitely not a human being!

I am so dissatisfied with Willow Tree. They let my love one lay in piss for over 4 hrs. It is so disgusting. Lately the food there is awful. They had the nurses doing dishes and probably cooking. When they get it it is very mushy and cold. The aides are nasty to the residents. It is a shame that our elderly have such people working with them. If they don't want to treat them right they should leave. Stuff has come up missing also. They just don't care. There is only a few of the nurses and aides that are nice and do care but the ones that don't out weigh the ones that do.
I have a niece that works there and loves it and said very good place to work !!!
Very understaffed. Buzzers go off a lot and are ignored. Those pictures are definitely not taken here. Cafeteria never looks like that. The halls smell of urine bad. They need a remodeling terribly. Need to have more interaction with patients.
I have no idea where they took those pictures but it sure wasn't at Willow Tree. Be very careful trusting then with your loved ones
