We used Greg for a home inspection more than once. First of all, whatever time he gives you is the time he'll be there. Don't be late, he is [very] punctual. After the first home inspection we knew he'd be the only home inspector for us. Very responsive and he was professional from the initial phone call to us receiving the inspection report. We had questions about the report, he took time to go over it and answer any questions or give clarification. His job is to perform an actual inspection (duh) and he does it very well. Greg is detailed oriented and has a passion for what he does. It shows in the way he communicates with us and it shows in the final inspection report, not hesitant to point out defective areas of the house/building. Like i said, Greg is extremely detailed and that's why we hired him again after the first home didn't work out. I hope we found the house we are looking for, but if we don't we will 1000% have Greg inspect our next potential home. We are so impressed with his work that i had to write a Google review. I usually don't write Google reviews... this might be my first one. Thanks

I highly recommend Greg * Bright Side Home Inspection for anyone needing an inspection. He was very informative on the front end, before he even quoted the job, which made me comfortable from the start. Also, you'll find that his rates are a great value, especially once you see how thorough his inspection and report is. Again, I give 5-stars and highly recommend.

Greg was great. He recommended that we be present for the inspection. We drove 5 hours from our current home and it was well worth the time. He spent 8 hours throughly inspecting every aspect of our new home purchase. His approach was very methodical and systematic. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of build construction. Greg took amazing notes using a digital recorder and detailed photos. As he finished each section of the house we reviewed what was found. The report was emailed first thing the next day. It had everything we discussed in a clear, well documented manner. I would highly recommend Greg and Bright Side home inspection.
