Its location has moved. Easier parking. I bought a vaccum from them about 18 months ago. I wanted it to be cleaned and checked. Kept wanting to sell me a new one, they weren't sure if cleaning would fix problem. Anyway left it to be cleaned ,got call next day it was set. Picked up. When I bought it I received certificate for a few free cleaning. They would not honor it cause it had been over 1 year. I could not find any info about that being in the deal. Charlie's had always done right by me and had excellent service. The people I dealt with were not the same employees as in the past. Perhaps new management. So it is not as high on my list anymore.

Our family has used Charlie’s Vacuums’ services for years at both locations. John and his staff provided superior customer service every time. Our machines were cleaned, repaired, and additional parts or accessories were available as needed. The repairs were fast and priced fairly. This company makes special accommodations for seniors and disabled customers who can’t lift or carry a vacuum. Our community is very fortunate to have this local business. It is an exceptional company.
Friendly, knowledgeable employees. They are reasonably priced and went out of their way to get my vacuum fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend Charlie's Vacuums!!
I've been going to Charlie's Vacuums for almost 40 years. Great customer service and outstanding repair service. I highly recommend them for cleaner or supply purchase or repairs to an existing machine! New location much more convenient.
I called to make sure they were open on Saturday at about noon. He said he was waiting for me. Nice. He put my Dyson that I had taken apart to clean back together for me. I so appreciated that. I would go there again. He did a demo of a Miele vacuum which I had never heard of. Nice too.
Very efficient, professional, informed dealer. Traded in my old and walked out with my new! They even threw in the extra components as a bonus!! Highly recommend!!
The salespeople were awesome and helped explain the operator error and showed me several other features of my uncle's vacuum. Wish I had a Charlie's Vacuums in Philly.
