Update the business reply was someone will be reaching out to me but they didn't. I have tried to get information on what is available for a topper for my 2000 Ranger. The only thing they would say is Bring It in and we can give you information and we will try to bully you into buying or pressure you in to buying one. Why can't I just go web site type in information and get style's and prices ? Or call a dealer Tell them my issue and get options and prices. Rude and short with customer and would only say bring it in I don't want to take time to bring it in unless I think we can do business.i will buy a leer but not from here. One last thing please don't put a generic answer about 56 year history I am not disappointed in the topper just your dealership.

The guys gave been good for the most part during all my visits. However, my biggest complaint are 1, not knowing the status if your product and 2, selling and promoting a worthless product. 1. Of course the camper is going to take some time to make as it is made to order. But the fact you state you've been in business for x amount of time and still cant give customers an exact time frame is falling behind the competitors. We're in 2020 and giving a customer the typical 3 to 5 week answer is pretty pathetic especially if they're spending thousands of dollars with you. 2. I was sold an interior light that cost 100 and ONLY WORKS WHEN THE HEADLIGHTS ARE ON! Please tell me how useless that is? It's common sense that people do not camp with their lights on. Nor do they work out of the camper with the lights on. I asked to get this fixed and they said they couldn't do anything about it. But can charge me to wire up to my battery if I was interested. Sounds like it shouldve been wired to my battery in the first place vs. my headlight. They'll be quick to take your money vs solve your problems. I called up there after waiting almost 4 weeks for my camper. They asked me when I purchased and proceeded to give me the 3 to 5 week answer. When calling they showed no interest to ask who I was to really address my concern. To make matters worst, my telephone number wasnt even on file. Luckily they found me through Facebook and messaged me to contact then. Coincidentally, it was the following day that my camper had came in. If you got the time and don't require good communication, this is your place. Glad I finally got my camper but it wouldn't be a place I spend more money at.
