Dr. Wallace is a great Doctor and I am trying so hard to stay with Dr. Wallace , but not sure if I want to stay with this practice. I had experienced many of the issues as in previous reviews, I chose to hang in here because Dr.Wallace treated my other child many years ago and the experience with the office staff was not this bad. It does takes long to get results back. I sent a msg via portal and called to find out about my sons lab results . I have noticed some elevated levels and was concerned with the new medication.When I called I was told it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response back . Labs were done Friday and by Monday I heard nothing from anyone. I love Dr. Wallace and I am trying so hard to give this office a chance . In all my years with Novant , I have never experienced anything like this.Highly disappointed

My original referral appointment was 6 weeks out but my daughter was continuing to have issues. I called and explained to the front desk on a Friday and she asked if I we could be there on Monday morning first thing. We saw Sandra Harris who was a God send. All of the issues my daughter had been experiencing where solved. We had an EEG to confirm her diagnosis a week later. We were given an appointment for 3 weeks later for results but where called a week later. Sandra Harris was so kind and patience when explaining our diagnosis. She made sure we had all the answers needed. I highly recommend her. On another note, at our second visit Brittany at the front desk came out from behind the desk to speak to my daughter and comfort her as we waited. Our experience has been amazing!

My daughter had an appointment scheduled at the hospital by the doctor 4 weeks ago, only to have it cancelled 3 days prior!!! Called the office and was “given” the option to reschedule for another 4 weeks!!!! What kinda joke is that?????

I tried for weeks to get an appointment. I eventually gave up and went to another doctor. The receptionist is also very rude.
